We offer a full range of NDIS supports including group homes, center based day programs, personal care, home care support, community participation, intensity coordination, travel assistance, short-term accommodation and all core supports such as meal preparation, cleaning, garden maintenance and life skills development.
Yes. Ruhil Care is a fully registered NDIS provider, audited and compliant with all NDIS quality and safeguard standards. You can find us on the NDIS provider registry.
Anyone with an approved NDIS plan can access our services. We also work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, as well as those with agency-managed funding.
Simply reach out via phone, email or our online form and we'll begin service immediately. There's no waitlist - our team arranges a same-day consultation, reviews your plan and matches you with the right supports and workers so you can start straight away.
Yes - service can start immediately. Once you contact us we review your plan and mobilise support workers right away. Many participants begin supports the same week, with no long waitlists.
We primarily support participants across New South Wales, with a focus on Western Sydney, Bella Vista, Penrith and surrounding regions. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
Absolutely. Participant choice and control is at the heart of what we do. We match support workers based on your preferences, goals, culture and personality.
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible, so we can adjust rosters and minimise disruption.
Yes. Our group homes and some personal care services include 24/7 on-site or on-call support. Other services are available seven days a week with flexible scheduling.
Every plan starts with a conversation about your goals, needs and daily routines. We then co-design a personalised support plan with you, your family and any existing health professionals. Plans are reviewed regularly.
