Common questions
Can nursing care be provided at my home?+
Yes. Our Community Nursing service is delivered in your home, with visits scheduled around your routine and medical needs.
What is the NDIS?+
The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is an Australian government scheme that funds reasonable and necessary supports for eligible people with disability — including nursing care, therapy, daily living and community supports.
Can NDIS provide my funding for Nursing?+
Yes. Community Nursing is typically funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life, often within the High Intensity Daily Personal Activities category. We can help you understand what your plan covers.
How can I trust the nurses at Ruhil Care to be proficient enough to manage care for me or my loved one?+
All our nurses are Registered or Enrolled with AHPRA, police-checked, NDIS-screened and experienced in disability and complex care. We supervise care closely and share updates with your GP and family.
If I require nursing care immediately, can it be arranged?+
Yes — for urgent nursing needs, including hospital discharge and acute care, please call us directly so we can fast-track an assessment and arrange visits as quickly as possible.
