Can services start immediately?+

Yes — service can start immediately. From your very first call our team mobilises support workers, nursing and coordination straight away — there's no long waitlist. Group Home/ SIL placements are confirmed as soon as a suitable vacancy is matched, and personal care, community participation and nursing can start the same week you reach out.

Do I need an approved NDIS plan to start with you?+

Yes — to use NDIS-funded supports you'll need an active plan. If you're still waiting on approval or planning your first plan, our team can talk you through what to ask for and how to phrase your goals so the right supports are funded.

Which NDIS services does Ruhil Care provide?+

We deliver Group Home/ SIL, Short-Term Accommodation (STA / respite), Center Based Day Program, Home Care Support, Community Participation and Nursing across NSW. Most participants combine two or three to make up a full week of support.

How much do your services cost?+

Every service is charged at the NDIS price limit for the relevant support item — no hidden fees, no mark-ups. See our price guide for common rates, or ask for a personalised estimate.

Can I choose my own support worker?+

Absolutely. We match workers based on your interests, language, gender preference, cultural background and routine. You can meet your worker before supports begin and request a change at any time — no awkward conversations needed.

Costs & Plan Management

Do you work with self-managed and plan-managed participants?+

Yes — NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed are all welcome. We invoice your plan manager directly, or send invoices to you for self-managed plans.

Will using Ruhil Care use up my plan faster?+

No. We bill only for the time and support items actually delivered, at the NDIA price cap. Your coordinator can map your plan against a sample week so you can see exactly how funding is used.

Working with Us

What if I want to change or stop a service?+

You're in control. You can change, pause or end any service whenever you need to — no lock-in contracts and no penalties. We'll action the change straight away and share records with any new provider you move to.

How do you handle feedback and complaints?+

Every participant has a direct line to our coordinator and a 24/7 on-call number. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved transparently — feedback genuinely shapes how we deliver supports.
