Common questions from applicants.

Do I need prior NDIS experience?+

Not always. For support worker and day program roles we provide thorough induction and shadowing. Clinical and coordination roles require relevant qualifications and experience.

Can I work casually or part-time?+

Yes — many of our roles offer casual, part-time and full-time options. Tell us your availability in your application and we'll match you to suitable rosters.

What checks are required?+

NDIS Worker Screening Check is required for frontline roles. We also conduct reference checks and may require a police check, First Aid certificate and role-specific credentials.

Where are roles based?+

Most roles are across Greater Western Sydney. SIL and day program roles are centred around Cecil Park and Penrith. Community and nursing supports extend NSW wide.
